Cantilevered spiral steps create the center sculpture for the house with a tree in the middle and branches that come out as the steps. A grand view of the ski slopes create the ski in ski out theme.
Victorian meets western furnishings using velvet, hair on hide and tooled leather.
The chandelier is custom design forged iron, the delicate victorian style lights the room. The massive fireplace in the living room using a mix of chiseled and smooth stones.
The kitchen is in the center of the home with the living room and dining room easily incorporated into the entertaining events.
The kitchen cabinetry is an eclectic blend of designs to look like pieces of furniture.
The low fireplace adds warmth and glow like in the olden days. The custom designed zinc and hammered iron hood is both functional and beautiful with a butcher block top island.
The headboard wall of log and chink creates texture and warmth for the master bedroom. The ikat patterned fabric on the chairs creates playfulness and comfort.
The old fashioned copper tub is the focal point for the master bathroom. The sinks are made of hammered copper to match the tub.
A mountain is not complete without a bunk room, this one is designed for adults. The bench gives ample space for preparing for the ski day.
Concrete double bowl trough sink accommodates multiple users at once.
The loft guest retreat is graced with a corner fireplace. The headboard is custom burel walnut planks and iron. The end of the bed includes a woven leather with iron based bench.
The beetle kill cabinetry is made up of locally sourced beetle kill pine wood to make a distinct look. Something you won't find this anymore.
The boulder hand carved stone sink with logs create the vanity cabinet. Continuing with the wood feeling, the mirror is created with rustic hand crafted pieces of wood.
After après ski gathering space with oversized fireplace made of chip carved stones. With a ski map to analyze where you were. A room made for relaxing with friends and family after a long day of skiing. Entry to the outdoor area.
The custom adirondack chairs were created using reclaimed wine barrels. The fireplace is capped with copper panelling, storage for skis and stone flooring to make a relaxing experience of the outdoors.
